The easiest way to recover your username and/or password is to select the "Forgot Username/Password" option on the login page (http://www.two.learning-cart.com/ ). Please note: you may only recover your username and/or password this way if a valid email address was included in your profile. As well, if you registered or purchased our services yourself, the original username and password was issued to you in an email called ‘Account Details’. If your training was set up by your company administrator, then please contact them to provide you with your username and/or password for your account.

Users with Internet Explorer 6 you should upgrade if you want to effectively use the site, but still you are allow to proceed and use the site at your own risk.
TopDepending on the processing speed of your computer, you may experience problems with the course if you are running too many applications or programs at once. Please close all other programs and applications before playing the course.

This may be due to an inadequate internet connection or interruptions in your service. Below the module listing on the left hand side of the screen, you will find a link that states “If you experience problems due to an internet interruption, please click here”. Please click on the link, this will restart the module and should allow you to continue on.
Make sure that the course is "in focus" while the content is playing. It must be the window that is in the forefront, and is highlighted (that there are no other windows in front of it). Do not play the course in the background while working on another program, or it is likely you will experience interruptions.

Please note, not all employees at companies will have access to change firewall settings. You may need to contact your IT administrator do this for you.
In general, they would need to add or allow "learninglogin.com" to operate unobstructed, and unblocked in both directions. The more it blocks, the less likely it is the site will work correctly. It would likely be up to each company's IT person to solve any firewall or blocking issues they experience.

Not a problem, you can reprint your certificate at any time, as long as it has not expired. Please login to the Learning Management System at www.learninglogin.com then click on My Training and Training History. This will allow you to reprint either a Wallet or a Full Size Certificate for the applicable course.
